FTK 400

The FTK 400 system produces air cushioning airbags as High Density Polyethylene (PE-HD) or Polyethylene Polyamide (PE-PA), where and when requested can be used, without operator presence and according to requirements, to fill any type of package and/or to protect even the most fragile objects. Greatly reduces package storage space used, transport and waste costs are only few of the advantages it provides.

» Few and simple machine settings along with automatic operation, allow production of vary sizes and shapes of airbags as shown below. The stored material does not take up a lot of space as one cubed meter of film produces more than 500 m3 of airbags.

» Machine has a motor driven lever to serve as wrapper for the finished product.
Can be easily moved around if desired. Does not require an operator to be present. High production rate ranging from 2 to 5 m3 per hour. It is able to produce formats like small cut to the length desired by the operator and automatically stops when the desired amount of airbags are produced.
